Yes, I think the gal should get the guy a little something, even if it's just cooking at home for the night. I bought my guy a band tee and some jeans. But we're engaged so it's not as... how do you say... new or impressive, anymore. We don't have that "need to impress." But yes, a gesture of some sort should be given on this special day!
