Do "you" carry a "first-aid box" with you on your long journeys???????

hey...do u carry first-aid box along with u on ur journey. i do it.. do u?..i also take important & common medicines for cold ..cough...fever.. do u carry with u?.. i give importants to these things..atleast if not for us.. ppl we come across for them atleast it may save there life..what say
