how do we get pay ?

hai i'm new here and im still curious how do we get paid. even I read the FAQ for few times I still didnt get it .Can somebody help me ?

some says its thru paypal register on their website for free and you'll gopnna have a free account there. I never tried it yet but some people says that its thru it.
