I strongly agree with you! Once you get home and look at all your purchases and realize exactly how much money you have spent, you start to feel guilty and not so happy about your purchases. I don't use a credit card to shop, I only use cash. That way there are no bills. The only problem is the feeling afterwords of having wasted hard-earned cash. Not so much wasted it I guess as having spent more than necessary!

I agree it does give us a great feeling. I used to pay with credit, but wow bad idea. With credit I would just say to myself "oh one more thing wouldn't hurt", and wow it definitly did! My bills were outrageous. Now to say within budget I use my debt card, and I only have so much money in there so if I go over I owe $25 to the bank, which I wouldn't want to pay lol.

Yes, shopping does feel like it can cure all ills sometimes, doesn't it? I like to shop sales, and never buy something unless I have tried it on once and then I keep coming back to it. Then you know you really want it and you are not just succumbing to the low price and the thrill of buying yourself something new.
Never shop this way on credit, you will get yourself into big trouble. I use cash or my debit card.
