Not only the categories pop up everytime you respond frustrates you. But the "tag this discussion" also do the same. I think there must be a better way to tag along with the discussion and the pages should allow us to type the text, categorze it, and tag it on the same page and with one click text should be published. I think this make a lot of time and effort less.
