should i feel guilty?

i really like my boss. i think she's a great leader, and i have a lot of respect for her. i also really like the other people in my department and the organization i work for. pay and benefits are good. really, it's all great. the only problem is that my position isn't in the direction i want my career to go. unfortunately, my organization doesn't have the budget for the position i would like, so i've started looking for a new job in that area. i feel guilty, because i do care about my organization so much, but i feel like i should look out for MY happiness first. thoughts?
