I was always a spray until I went to canada (I ma in the UK) There I realised just how enviromently unfriendly a can is. It contains CFC's that are killing the ozone layer. We don't put it in fridges now so why put it in our cans. But also the bottles are huge in your nag and if you spray it in a public place no one can breathe.

i use a spray, i have used the sticks before but i don't like them touching my skin.. i can't breathe tho when i spray it or i nearly choke, so therfore i use a little and spray wilst in the bathroom, that way nobody will taste or eat the deodrant, lol! :O)

I use a stick. I dont think that a spray is very good for the environment.
