White out!

We have a white out here in Kentucky. A white out is about 3- 4 inches of snow. Do you have a white out? Do you like to get snowed in?

I love to get snowed in. My wife would be excused from work and we would drink hot cocoa by the fire for a few day and watch movies. We always have extra groceries, so that's no problem.

Hmmm... I have not heard of it. Can you pls tell what is this white out? It is a piece of snow? why it is used?
