Biased decision

We all go to work and we feel our superiors are biased towards other employee, what should we do? Do we work more harder to prove our salt or we let it go thinking that he is biased for some personal reasson.
How do we get the bias out from the head of the boss??

I'd say work even harder. Show your boss that you're someone he cant lose and should be happy to have.
