Bruises on breasts, could it be a bad sign? Have anyone done mammograph before?

Around 3 years ago, I discovered a small lump on my right breast. It was not moving around, and since I was pretty terrified, I went to the hospital and get my self checked. When the doctor examined me, he said should be no prob, but for safety purposes, he sent me to get an X-ray. In the end, doctor said that it's my hormonal thingy. And I shouldn't be worried. The following week, I went back to my hometown and get my self checked once again by another doctor cuz my auntie and my dad worried. My aunt once has to go under the knife cuz of breast cancer. The doctor said it's hormonal thingy as well. The next year, which is 2 years ago, I get myself checked up again. Same thing as well. The reason why I get myself checked is because I notice a lump again. And again, it's on right breast. Then, I started to think that maybe it's related to my period. But it's not all the time, that;s why i got so freaked out. Last 3 years, there's a pimple on my right breast, and i ended up pinching it out. But then there was a remaining inside that I can't seemed to pinch out, until around one month when I finally pinch it out, there;s something came out. Like a very tiny stone, and it's black colour. Last year, there were few pimples on my breast again, but this time it's on my left breast. Beside that, sometime my left breast hurt without reason. At first, I thought it's because of my period. But then, sometimes when my period has passed, it still hurts for quite sometime. And few months ago, I saw a bruise on my left breast. At first, I was ignorant. I just let it be until it dissapeared. However, last month, I saw another bruise again on my left breast, and it's starting to get me worry. It's a bruise and a pimple. I haven't got myself check up yet ever since last year. I read in a magazine that a pimple might be an early sign of breast cancer. What do u guys think? I know it'd be better for me to go and see the doctor. But it's quite far from my place and I don't have transport. Do u guys think it'd be better for me to do mammograph? But I heard it hurts. Will it be expensive? Is there any side effects? Which one is better, going to a clinic or hospital?
