Digital clock problem

I facing this problem since 3 month back. The digital clock on my computer cannot save the current time setting I made. After restart the computer, it will change, not follow current time. Anybody who facing the same problem and can solve it can share your knowledge.

On your motherboard you should see a small battery ... this is the CMOS battery and stores your PC's settings when the machine is off. Simply replace this battery with the same type... restart the machine and adjust your clock time and it should be fine
