Tamoxifen is just not safe

As you may or may not be aware tamoxifen is just not considered safe anymore what with its unacceptable side effects of thromboembolic disorders, risk of endometrial cancer and so forth. Have you or anyone ever heard of anastrozole or aromatase inhibitors as the most acceptable and safe and effective substitute?
