Another question About ChaCha

Hi there, It sounds like you made pro on your first 3 keywords, to know for sure, just go into "Manage Keywords". If you have a green dollar sign next to it, and have a total of 10 keyword slots you made pro, which means you now earn cash on actual searches and training other guides. Once you have 50 keyword slots you made Master. For some reason it does not update right away on your profile, it took a little over 2 weeks to update mine, but it really does not change in the way you get paid, so its ok. (just a title) I think ChaCha has made some changes in the last few days, in regards to promoting on your keywords, it used to take and average of 10-12 greats for each keyword to make pro on them. I am a Master and currently I am adding new keywords to my profile, but I seem to make pro on them between 1 - 4 trainings, not sure if that is right. But the reason I know this is that I have been keeping track of all my trainings and how many greats I get on each. Well the trick on knowing if your actually training instead of a "real" search is, if your training someone, once your in the application where you perform a search, on the top right corner, above the chat window is a small icon with a red flag, which will have training written across it. When you do an actual search it will not be there. Also if your training someone the application will look alot different. Hope this will help you.

How did you get to that level. I just got approved to be a guide about a week ago and I have yet to get one search :(. Please help!!!

chacha.com is a site where somebody sit behind your search. It is just like a call center where a call may pass through various person. But some time it is executing your request directly from its database. It is hard to find out what exactly you need. These people are trying to find the exact query then they search for the keyword in the database and then send it to your computer. Anyhow, chacha is in its beta version. It will take some time to be a master.

That is totally bizarre..i also encounter that several times ..i have worked for Human resources as guest relation officer in Hotels long time back ..i do recieved a lot of letters pertaining about my company's guest feedbacks and complains..when i accept to reply it changes and forward you to different sources .I dont have time going through by details you know what i used to do i delete them..just proceed to another one...
