Indian actress Shilpa Shetty was driven to tears as she faced racist abuse on the UK Reality show on Celebrity BIG BROTHER. She was reportedly called as "DOG". Shilpa's housemate Jade Goody said "She makes me feel SICK. She makes my skin CRAWL" and also called her "DOG".
RESULT: She was declared the "WINNER" of the show by the audience. She gets the following as reported by Newspaper Times of India.
1) $688,450 to participate in the show
2) A Hollywood movie by FOX Pictures
3) A TV Documentary
4) $198,000 for an exclusive interview with the tablois SUN
5) Numerous endorsements for clothes, cosmetics, jewellery and host of cricket reality shows and awards ceremony
Does RACISM still exists in today's society and to what extent?

If you think for even one minute that that show isn't set up, you are stupid, They went into the show from the start with a script, and they were ALL acting. its all fake and all it did was make racism worse by getting people like you to believe that people are judged on where they come from or the colour of their skin. And now Indian people all over theworld think they have the right to treat others poorly because of one show they watched.

I don't think that's true. When you saw those housemates being asked about what they had said you could see their regret. I don't think it was set up and that's for calling me stupid.
