I can understand a person having a preference for a particular browser, but I see little point in using more than one on a computer.
I do have Internet Explorer on my Windows machine and use Firefox on my Linux system, but I have never installed more than one on each.

Opera is the king of all the browser's (that's been the case
for years). Unfortunately, Opera's complicated features, which are not user friendly has not endeared it to new user's. Mozilla Firefox is again a good browser, but as usual it does have its own share of niggling open source drawbacks or should i say bottlenecks.
IE 7 is pretty good (but the only question to be asked is what took Microsoft so long to offer features like tabbed browsing).
My vote goes for Opera its was and is the best browser!

I use Firefox 2.0 at home, I also have Explorer too (as there is the occasional site that can't be viewed on Firefox). I haven't tried any others like Opera or Safari though, Firefox is my favourite :)

Like you I have Opera Firefox and IE. I prefer Opera ... it is generally the most secure.
I use Firefox as my second choice browser ... it's less secure than Opera but more so than IE. I only use it on sites that do't work with Opera.
I only use IE as a last resort ... out of choice I would not touch it with a 20 ft barge pole it is that insecure

I used IE, then I shifted to Opera and now I use Firefox. I find Firefox 1.5 is doing quite good. However, for some specialized applications, like the Thomson Netg courses that I view as an ACM member, I find that Netscape works much better, with lesser hassle.

I have Safari, Camino and Firefox. I usually use Safari for everything but when some pages don't load properly I conjure up Firefox and Camino. I think firefox is the best of the three but I still use Safari...it's a Mac thing :-)
