In a world that is in chaos politically, socially and environmentally, how can the human race sustain another 100 years?

of course! because we are endowed with capabilities to cope up with the changes in the world. history tells us that we have gone through tumultous times, even harder than today.hope and the will to live are tools that are instilled in us to survive for the next millions of generation. believe it.

Things look bleak now but I am sure they have seemed that way before. It's all in God's timing as to when it will end. When I see how people treat each other I think things have got to improve or we won't be here long.

I think we must reverse the effects of global warming. The earth can only stand so much abuse, eventually it will flood and wash us all away. That may or may not take 100 years but I believe we are in a race against time to undo the damage we have already done. If we just started with our dependency on fossil fuels and put into practise some of the many other options for energy, we could create new economic force that would also save our way of life for our children and their children.

Political issue and social issue is not a too big problem for the human race to sustain another 100 years. But I have a doubt if it involves environmental issue. With all the damage human has made to the earth, earth is becoming more and more unhealthy. I think doomsdays is just around the corner. Maybe 100 or 200 years to come, or maybe nearer. With all the 'natural disaster' which is not natural at all... I doubt we can survive long. Just pray to god so that earth can heal and we can live longer here.

I'm sure the human race can last another 100 years. But to be totaly honest, I'll do what I can, but I will be gone in probably half that time.

Man is creative, adaptive and resourceful. He has learned to live in the last so many years and will continue to live for a hundred or more so years. Man will find a way to address global warming. Continue to invent alternative energy sources when fossil fuel supplies run out. Man has learned to vegetate deserts and waste land and desalinate oceans for water to drink. Yes the human race can survive the next hundred years.

Yes, I think people can survive a hundred years because everyday, a child is born. And with the advancements in medicine, there is always a way to extend the lives of a human being, to prevent the extinction of an animal etc.

I you would have added one more 0 after that digit for 100 , we can have thought of , but next 100 years is not a big deal for us to survive.Yah i do agree with you that within next decade many thing would be changed ..climatic conditions, international threat of world war, global warmimg, population , pollution and many more...but still we humans are capable enough to servive for next 100 years and that too comfortably...
