I would purchase a large island in South America, and build a huge underground military base that was super high security and so deep down that missiles couldn't hit it. Then I would build an army from thousands of poor south american people who have nothing better to do. I would train them and issue them high-tech weapons. Then I would take over all of south america and get new recruits. I would establish governments in all the countries and make money from the taxes and exports. If I made it that far, then I would hire some qualified people to run for president of the united states, and I would make sure that one of them won. Then I could have control of the america and I would run military trains up to alaska, where I would put them on boats over to Russia and start taking over Russia. I would then proceed to conquer the rest of the world.

I will open one children's home, where all the poor children could come and learn for free,will get two square meals for free. Other orphans who have no one to look after would be able to live and grow there.
