I purchased a RAM memory for my computer from ebay but it never arrived. It cost me $45.00. I wrote to customer support team and guess what?? I received reply after 8 days with no sentence of apology.... What the f#$%..!!?? What a horrible customer service in the 21st century.. Where are we going friends?
Its nice of the seller who has contacted me and has refunded my entire payment through PayPal.. But I don't think I will trade on eBay ever in future..!!

Yes, I do know that problem. You keep on mailing them for your account being suspended for no good reason, and you are lucky if they atleast hear you. I think I will have to find some other online shopping site around. Any recommendations?

Part of the problem here though is ... you expect an apology from ebay, when it's not ebay that you should have the problem with. The problem exists between you and the seller, ebay is just the platform. They had nothing to do with the transaction, short of offering you a place to do it, so what should they be apologizing for??

Let me tell you it just isn't a platform. They charge a fee from sellers. And as a buyer, I have to incurr that fees, alright? And for God's sake, try to understand that problem?? What do you do in the following situation:
You purchased a RAM worth $45 plus shipping. After couple of weeks, you are worried that what should you do when you did not received you RAM, and write a letter to eBay. Don't you deserve an apology if you get a response on the 9th day!!??
And for your kind information, let me tell you that they tell their customers to reply within 24-48 hours. Really, if you don't believe me, you can go to their help section in their website and check it out. In short, "THEY ARE MISGUIDING THEIR CUSTOMERS!!" And they don't do it for free. They charge a hefty fees (including FVF) from the sellers, once an auction finishes with a successful bid.
I think if you would have been in my place, you would have better known the situation. No one realises others problems until they face the same issue.

Well i've heard from friends that they tell you to take it up with the police. (which they did) nothing happened.
Personally i think they should focus on getting rid of the hustlers and maybe more people would regard it as a good site. i'm sorry to hear about your trouble =(
