is it tough for couples from diffrent races to have a successful relationship???

I think that anyone who wants to have a relationship can, it just depends on how much they love eachother and how committed they are to eachother. i dated someone from a different culture for nearly a year, but i found it difficult when he was around his friends and speaking his native language because i never knew what they were saying, and if they were talking about me, he could say pretty much anything he wanted to in front of me and i wouldnt know if he was talking badly about me or not! I couldnt deal. It was fun while it lasted though :)

If the love is pure..it can face any tough situation...otherwise life will be tough only....

i dont know about others but me and my partner have not much problems. since a year i have a problem with him as he is muslim and cant stand it that i eat pork. before it wasnt problem for him but since his friend said its a sin to kiss me if i had eaten pork he treats it like i eat s***. one solution is not mention pork. the second issue is about raising a child, if we have. will it be muslim or catholic. he is "addicted to" his religion, while i dont care much about mine. this isnt really rasial difference but religious.
