I really admire this woman. I'm dying to meet her in person and shake her hands. She is the first African American woman to sit in the position of United States' Secretary of the State. She suceeded Colin Powell and she really did a good job on her job. Rice's role as President's Bush adviser and a Chief DOplomat for the United States during a period of intense criticism of America's war on terror has made her a controversial figure. But she has the highest public approval and favorability ratings for any administration official.
