Best butt exercises

I can generally eat what i want without putting on weight anywhere, except for my butt. If I do have a bit of a gut, i can get rid of it with a few days of sit ups. but losing fat of my bum is really hard. I've found that going to the gym and using the exercise bikes and the aero-walker (i don't know the real names) are both really good for targeting that area. I also walk a few days a week for a good cardio workout. Does anyone have any good butt blasting tips?

A long time ago my sister showed me how to do butt walks. That is sitting on the floor and move across the floor on your butt moving from side to side, cheek to cheek. Move across the floor forwards and then come back backwards. That should work out the fat.

As with any exercise, start slowly and work your way up. It's up to you how much you want to do. It also depends on how much floor space you give yourself to shimmy across.

Please do the pilates if you are serious because they focus on the butt big time and it really works. I have a 20 minute workout DVD i do everyday and i bet the cost of that DVD is cheaper than you gym visit.

if you are girl then ok you can keep your butt it lokks very sexy then what is wrong to keep it but you are boy then you have to decrease.

I think the best butt exercise to make your butt firm and in shape is the squat. You may do it with weights or without depending on your preference. You may also refer to exercise magazines or browse the websites for tips on how you should do your squats properly. Hope this helps!
