You mean a guy looking at a girl with lustful eyes? Well, that happens a lot more than you think. It is already a part of humanity. There are always perverts in a society, no matter how secluded it may be. =)

Dude over here in india people really swell...no matter how you look at the girl with the society will misunderstand you and that will degrade your personality.. it's part of our humanity only in your case because people living over there may follow the modern day tradition...
