Only 83 what.. online or on your friend list, sorry i don't get the question. this could be me it's late here 2:19am. (currently trying to get my son off to sleep) well he's going but still =)

probably because people havent added it.
i'm sure there's more than 83 really interested in it but most might not know this sections there. (so maybe this is why)
it'll build just like the rest of the community.
