plans to travel to las vegas

i never been to las vegas but according to many this is the place that is very progressive but their economy is depending mostly to gaming/casino?please correct me if i'm wrong,or maybe for cheap real estate? enlighten me with this please,the shoppee

What did you mean when you started to talk about real estate? Are you asking if real estate is cheap in Vegas? It's has one of the highest priced if I may say so. Not as high as California but pretty high because a lot of people have moved to Nevada for jobs.

I didn't think the real estate in Vegas is that high, if you compare the condo near the strip, they are much less than those in Miami beach or Manhattan. If you are looking at houses in the suburbs, many cities are much higher. They do have one of the most explosive real estate growth a few years back, subsequently they do have one of the worst drop in housing prices in the nation in the recent past because of their high unemployment. Hang on for the roller coaster ride.
