Favourite Vegetarian Dish?

How many people here are vego? My favourite vegetarian dish is tofu and bok choy stir fry. I also love vegetable lasagne. I have also got my meat eating friends and family members to try my meat free cooking and they all love it. I don't know why so many people are instantly scared by vegetarian food! If they tried it they'd probably like it! I don't have an issue with people eating meat but i just think it's funny how they instantly think vegetarian food is going to be bland. what do you think?
