Are you happy with your own life?

i always hear a lot of people saying ,"oh shes SO pretty, if only i was her i'd be way happier." or "i'm so fat, if only i lost weight, my whole life would change for the better" Do you ever say find yourself saying some stuff like that through out our life? I know i have but are you truly happy with your life? Can you say happily that you are seriously happy with what you have in life right now? If no, what do you wish you HAD in your life?
