how can i get rid of my astma? this realy may health problem every time I get wet rain I will start get sneeze that will become cold and cough, this trigger my astma.

I have been asthmatic more than 30 years. To reduce my problem, I am doing fast jogging at least 2 times a week and 1.30 hours each time. We have to know what kind of triggering the asthma. Mine are change of weather,rain.hard smell etc. If we know that , we can prevent by take a medicine before that happen. At this time I use inhalation powder once a day at night before sleep.
