How high up do you live?

Dwellings seem to be getting higher and higher and higher. I am lucky to live in a house with a large yard, but it seems people are being pushed to live on top of eachother. How does your housing situation affect you and your relationship with your neighbours?

I actually live under ground! The apartment building has a basement level (that is open on the back side, but underground on the front side) It almost looks like a bomb shelter in the hallway, but it's not bad!
