Do you believe it is true that big cities bring out the worst in people? From my experience, (at least in Australia) big cities seem to have more segregated communities, territorial gangs, and racism issues. Is this a function of a high stress lifestyle often associated with big cities?

Living close to atlanta, Ga- I would have to say yes. The Big city has more crime, gangs, substandard homes, rude people, and definitely racism, well reverse racism. I have seem and heard that, and even atlanta police officers had to sue the city for reverse racism, due to being harassed and turned down for promotions for not being black. You'd think in martin luther kings home city, people would embrace diversity.
