Sprain in neck

2 weeks ago i woke up with a stiff neck. ever since then it has bothered me. Its a pain, is it possible that i sprained it? or could it be a pinch nerve? i'm not sure if i should get xrays or if a massage will do it.

Have you thought about visiting a chiropractor? You may have a vertebre out of place. When that happens to me I get terrible headaches. I wish you the best of health.

A chiropractor can also take an x-ray to see what's going on and then adjust you properly. You might want to check with friends or family to see if they can recommend a good one.
