how to find time difference between countries?

hi, i wish to have friendship with people all over the world ,through email or online chatting. But the problem for online chatting is the time difference between the countries? can anyone help me with finding out the time difference between countries.

www.worldtimezone.com/index24.html has a rather complicated looking map, but time zones are pretty straightforward, so it'll help. www.worldtimeserver.com has a page that shows you the time now in any of the locations that are available. Or just search world time zones and you can pick out the resource that is easiest for you to use. ;-)
