Sehwag is actually a burden to the team.If he comes opening tthen it is like india already have lost a wicket in one over.Taking him in the squad is like playing with 10 players coz he doesnt field well nor does he bat well.Even if a tailender was sent at the top of the order for about 50 matches he can score atleast one half century but sehwag didnt even score 1 half century for the past 50 one day internationals.I think he should surely be dropped. But the administrators wont drop him(senior player tag).Even if they do drop him they will take him back in the team if he plays well in 1 ranji match. They wont see his consistency.I think picking sehwag is doing injustice to Robin Uthappa who is a much better player than sehwag. He is an attacking(not fluke like sehwag)player with consistency.

Ya thats the sad part that Dravid is suporting sehwag. But I dont think Dravid will change his mind even after the Goa match. He will still support sehwag.I dont know where Indian Cricket is going!!!!!!!!

Very good selection..He is a proven match winner against every single opposition..His confidence or form was never the question - he is middling the ball well but gets himself out more than the bowlers getting him out...
The time out will have given him plenty of space to ponder about his shot selection and he'll be hungry for runs now..
And a hungry Sehwag is a frightening proposition for any opposing team

I dont think Sehwagis a frightening proposition for any opposition(not even Bangladesh)because they dont have to try hard to get him out they just have to bowl(wherever it may be they dont have to bother about line and length)and he will get out.

i would really love to see him in team india for the world cup.
he is a gr8 hitter of the ball and it is lovely to see him playing on the field.
he is a perfect timer of the ball.
currently he was in bad form so he was not included in the team but he will make a comeback. i hope so.
have a nice day.

Yaa...everybody love to see big hits, and I use to like him too. But I can't understand "Currently he is in bad form". Worldcup is not the stage to give chance somebody for getting in form, and he has got many chances already. Hope he will be in form against series with Lanka...!
