Stupid neighbour irritates !!!!

Our neighbours had a dog that we could not even walk in our own yard without getting barked at. The have had that dog trained now so we can at least play with the kids out our backyard. The thing is they have now got a new puppy as well as the other dog. We can't even let our own dog lie near the fence as the puppy yips day and and day out. It is so annoying. We love our dog and take her for walks and play with her so she doesn't get bored. Our neighbours just leave their dogs in their yard and don't even have toys or anything for them. Of course they are going to get bored and yap at everything. Some people should grow a brain. LOL sorry vent over.
