Cancher Sores, is it Mouth Cancer?

Heya Guys. I always have this cancher sores like almost every week. Some says it stress, some says it'll be gone (no worry about). But mine is like they kept on appearing almost every week. I have tried so many oral hygiene, and toothpaste, which, my dentist prescribed. but still coming back. Help !!!!!!!!
