What's the Mean?

hey i too asked the same since from long back.but i have not get the reply too.and mine is star 9.i think mylot is giving ranking r marks and till now i have seen the number 10 so 10 is the highest mark till now who has done their job excellent.i mean answering only good posts and all of that sort.so u came to half of the mark.so b fast to get 10 out of 10 marks.
