teachers as the major backbones of the society

As a Filipino, I totally agree on what she said. Teachers are really very important in society because they are one of the prime contributors in the foundation of a child. Without some mentor, the child would probably go astray and have a life that is not good. Unfortunately, most teachers are already migrating in other countries because they have better offers there than here in the Philippines.

Having a friend who is a teaacher, from His point of view and that of his wife and other teachers, they consider themselves to be very badly paid and looked "down" on by the community. That is, they are "so needed" that in fact, people, treat them with contempt and can get away with quite a lot. Is it any wonder that they are not giving the best of themselves if in fact this is how they are made to feel. I might add, if morality is not taught at home, a good or bad teacher is not responsible for how a child turns out --- parents are the prime educators and we should all stop "blaming" the schools, the teachers, whoever we can find for the bad behaviour of "little jimmy" or whoever it is. If people realized just how much work teachers do outside the classroom - preparing lessons, camps for the kids over weekends, marking etc... people would soon see how much they do, and would not throw so many stones. A child's mind is young and impressionable and so sometimes what is said by a teacher or seen, can simply be misinterpreted, sometimes of course it is a teacher's fault, but not all the time. You only have to catch a train with a child for a child to get a vaired perspective on morality. I agree teachers have a responsiblity to put the best forward, but a good home life will undo anything a teacher does wrong.

Yes teachers are the back bone of the society. Our parents bring us down from the sky but teacher Take us bak there . We are human b'coz of our Teachers.so if they are not here there can not be any world remaining. THeur value now a days is degraded by the society as well as their ownselves. They ar eonly teaching as a job. They are not regarding it as a holy job. And yes the society Is not sincere towards them.

I truly agree , Teachers are unsung heroes of our country.If not for them life would be that hard. I can't imagine our country having no teachers for the education of our children. Teacher really plays a major role in handling the future of our nation. Some teachers are bad because of some psychological problems which they might have but all in all our teachers are role model but we can't avoid the fact that some teachers are exhibiting bad behavior because they are just human beings. There are few teachers who are bad but a lot of our teachers nowadays are really good educator.

Teachers should be the model!But todays world, there are teachers who are acting bad moves. But of course not everyone!I just hope that those people who want to be a teacher they should need to know what kind of profession they have!And most of them,they just be in that field because of how much they will earned.I just wish,that new becoming teachers will do what is right and good for they are the backbone of the society as what you have emphasize here!
