high protien foods!

I have started working out recently and heard high protien foods are essential for me so cud anybody tell me which food contains alot of protien or what and how much shud i take ?

when working out you want to eat foods that contain protein but not much fat. high protein foods are eggs, meat, cottage cheese, milk, etc... but the easiest way to get a high protein intake is supplements. you using mix the supplement powder with water, fruit juice, or milk. they have about 40-60 grams of protein per serving. they are available in any gnc or health food store.

tuna actually has more protein than most other meats! and fish is also very good for you too. also i have heard that tortillas and beans have the same chemical makeup inside your body as if you were eating a cooked egg!

Hi, I don't know about the amounts you should be eating but high protein foods are meats, chicken, fish, eggs (the white), and cheese. Nuts also have some protein and lentils and pulses are (I believe) incomplete proteins. Good luck with your workouts!
