Do you think Stuart Pearce is the greatest living patriot?

I have just seen that penalty in Euro 96 again and i cant believe its over 10 years ago. I absolutely admire this guy's commitment and level of integrity to his country. Having also read his auto-biography a couple of years ago, i further feel that he is a 100% top bloke and should be made a Sir sooner rather than later

I'm a big fan of Stuart Pearce. I think that as you say he shows commitment to the job in hand and he is indeed a very patriotic bloke. I was a mere 11 years old when he missed that penalty and i remember him just balling it afterwards and i felt so sorry for him. He shows people of all ages what its like to be someone who believes in something so much. I agree, lets start a petition and make it Sir Stuart Pearce.
