We had lots of patients who were given Buscopan to help cervix open or thinned out. But according to doctors give it slowly coz the patient will experience dizziness and abrupt increase heart rate of the baby. I made some studies on my own that even if you would give it either slow or rapid it has the same effect on the patient. There are patient that once you will give Buscopan rapidly,they wont feel dizziness. But some patients even how slow you give Buscopan thru IV they would feel dizziness and increase on fetal heart rate.... Try this as your thesis... But it depends on you
