How to balance the relationship

I live in the united states and divorce is very common here too. Not only just getting a divorce is common, but alot of people that i know have divorced more than one time in their lives. I can't say too much, because i got a divorce. But my exhusband cheated on me and left me for the woman. So his two kids and i were left, because he wanted to sleep with someone else.
