i know usually girl's main problem is how to lose some weight,..there r recipies, sites that teach you how to do it and discuss this problem, adevrtisments on tv..but i never found any help to my question:how can thin persons be helped too?me for example,i lost 4 kilos in 2 years and i really wanna gane them back,i realise now how happy i was before with my body and now i don't even like to look in the mirror...and i think there are other girls with the same problem,..so..what do we do girls?what could we do to look better also?because not only the fat girls can be frustrated, but the 'skinny' girls too

i read about fitness every time
you have to add more calories ( quality, good food ) protein shakes with meals, add more body mass to your body with weigth lifting (dumbbells)
,fill your personal profile in the free journal you will see how many calories ur consuming.
and dont be anxious when you get old maybe you want to be the way your now

haha, yes i have heard that alot of times.but i think that now when we are young we like to have a pleasant apparition in public, later when we become women..and also have kids...there is not so many comments on the way u look because at a certain age women start losing the pretty shape of their young body

Eat. Eat a lot. But not just junk food. Eat a lot of food that's good for you. Just eat a lot more of it than you're used to. If you're really trying to gain weight your stomach is going to need some time to stretch. Adding dessert to your normal routing will help as well.

Eating more frequently helps. I lost a significant amount of weight one time and wanted to gain it back. It in between meals, and add more protein & carbs to your diet.

You should shoot for about 6 short meals a day. Make sure to loud up on the good carbs. don't eat just anything because you want to gain good weight.

Do you exercise too much?. You need to see a Doctor who is more helpful. Have big meals AND extras. Keep up with those malted milkshakes AND BANANAS. Other than this and my previous advice I can't do any more to help and you must sustain all this extra eating and less exercise EVERY day of the week. In one month you will have gained weight!

Hi heart! Don't eat just purely for the caloric intake. Exercise is a big part of it. Just try to make your diet a bit more on the healthy side. Carbs are okay, but they are actually "marathon" energy, meaning that they burn more slowly to last longer. That's why runners eat pasta the day before. Proteins are good. That's what muscles eat to grow. Muscles are what makes us nice and curvy! Adding fat will make us curvy, too, but it also makes us rather jiggly in places that shouldn't be jiggling! Build your muscles with heavier weights and a lower amount of repetitions in each set. Now it might be confusing at first, because as your muscles get stronger, your metabolism will speed up also. But you will probably be more hungry, so you will probably be able to increase your eating with little effort. When I get to working out, I quickly drop to 92lbs, then it builds up to about 97 and I can't get higher than that. When your body stops increasing weight, that's where you'll need to start protein shakes/weight gainers if you haven't already. The only thing that concerns me is what you said about how your heart feels when you start to exercise. Please do have that checked. Since you seem to be not so fond of exercise, why don't you start with walking? It would help your cardio, and if you hold just little 2lb weights it will help both cardio and muscles. Also, I think it's called 'power walking', make your stride just a couple of inches longer and try to have both feet flat (or almost flat) on the ground between each stride. This will help you build a nice 'rear view'. And drink plenty of water. Aloha!

seems like you know alot about keeping your body in shape..i did try the proteins but i heard they are not good for the body because they will make your muscles grow and when you stop taking them they go back to the way they were..exercising doesn't do me much good indeed, because i get tired easily..i always say i am gonna go take some tests but i am afraid of needles and they will need my blood sample for analises..
but thank you for your advices ,i will take them into consideration, and you are right, many people told me i don't have to get fat to look good,i have to exercise to give my body a nice shape

Yes, when you stop the protein you will "go back" to the same. That's what you're naturally predisposed to being. Even if you never use the proteins, if you stop working out, you will go back to the same. The only way to make a lifelong change to your body is to make a lifelong committment. When people diet, if they don't change to a healthy diet, they will go back to geing fat. The same as if you stop giving your body what it needs to become shapely, you will go back to your natural state. To do this the easy enjoyable way (allbeit slower), just try to be more active in small things. Like I said, start taking walks, maybe even with your b/f. Start parking further from the front door at the stores. Take the stairs instead of the escalator. (I do this, but I also run up the stairs. I just find it easier than trudging along up the stairs.) Once your body is more used to mild exercise, then you can look for something more active/strenuous that you might like to try. You might find something enjoyable that you will want to make a regular pastime. Personally, I enjoy working out with weights or really anything strenuous because it gives me a sense of accomplishment. I'm so small that everyone thinks I'm frail & fragile. So in the weightroom I can prove "no I'm not"! Aloha!

have you tried eating a lot? hehe. but overeating can be harmful, too, even, for those who are "skinny". perhaps, you have a fast metabolism that you tend to digest quickly what you've eaten. i suggest that you eat the right foods, and seek professional help.

I have one solution but maybe you won´t liked for now. Get pregnant, that´s the faster way to a woman gain weight, my wife and other women I know gain almost 20 kgs. And after birth they lost some but not all that gain, but this it´s only a silly thought. Now, without kidding eat bananas and other fruits and vegetables, and a little chocolates, your body will receive proteins and vitamins and then maybe you gain weight. Sometimes it´s body metabolism and if it´s that, you maybe get difficulties to gain that extra kilos. I have a friend, male that eats a lot, more then I and never gets fat.

its very simple, the other persons who avoid particular foods to loose weight, so you can cosume those to gain weight. like french fries, and add butter, eggs and meat in your diet. but you should do walk or little bit exercise so that it will increase your hunger and you'll eat more properly. after doing this you'll feel better i think. Good Luck.

Lots of calories.... but please make sure that the food is still good for you. Also, there are protein and whey shake mixes available at any local heath store. These work well... my aunt had to use them.
