Do you and your SO/spouse kiss goodnight anymore?

Maybe it's because my husband stays up later than I do half the time, but it's more often than not that we *don't* kiss goodnight anymore. Heck, I'm not even sure when is the last time either of us said "I love you" before we fell asleep. We've been married 8 1/2 years now. Wow.. Doesn't that seem sad?? What about you?

We have been married 7 years, but together for 12. He goes to bed with the chickens because of his job. We do not kiss goodnight much anymore. We do tell each other I love you, quite a bit. It is sad.

Awwww :( HUGS. I think kissing is so important. My husband usually tells me he'd rather just get to the good part. (rolls eyes)

We never leave the house withount 4 kisses, a hug and always say I love you. Even before bed. Try reaching out to hubby and plant a big one one him! I bet you he will not complain. :)

No, he probably wouldn't mind. LOL Sometimes we wake up in the middle of the night night and kiss, sort of half awake, I guess. Maybe it's just that we're too tired? We do kiss in the mornings before he leaves for work, though.

That's great. As long as you know the love is there, don't worry about feeling sad. If you are loking for more affection, make the first move, leave a nice card for him to take to work, be all mushy and loving. :) (Hubba hubba)

I'm lucky if I get a little kiss, usually because I got to bed earlier. If I say love you before I go to sleep I get told the same back, he sometimes says it in the morning if I'm moaning about doing his pack up etc. I don't think it matters whether you say it or not, if you didn't love them you wouldn't still be there. We've been together for 7 1/2 years and we are not romantic any more maybe the word is comfortable.

I think I know what you mean- comfortable. My husband and I aren't romantic much, either. Not that I wouldn't like it, necessarily..

My hubby and I have been through a seperation - it was three years ago now - but what it did was make us realize how much we appreciate and love each other. We always kiss goodnight, goodbye ... whatever...we have lots of spontaneous hugs and cuddles when we are cooking or just hanging out. It's almost like we are newlyweds ... but we really do know now that life without each other is just crummy.

I'm glad you were able to work it out. :) Sometimes my husband and I do that, too.. we're fond of grabbing each other on the rear-end, whenever the mood strikes us. LOL

That is true. Love changes, the longer you've been together.. there are different stages.
