do you know that an average person actually speaks words for a total of about ten or eveven minutes a day and that the average sentence takes only about 2.5 seconds.the face to face conversation is less than 35 percent and that over 65percent of communication is done non-verbally.so if a person is well good in non-verbal communication then do you think that he can easily escape from any type of problems!
