Why do some of the victims think we as a people or government owe them a living when they have the ability to work and rebuild their lives the same as someone who has lost everything to fire, or drastic job paycuts etc. and pulled themselves up by their bootstraps and kept going. Our crime rate has gone up and benefits have gone down having to cope with laziness of some of these people.
