When most anxious, what weird mannerism are you usually caught doing? Mine would be unconsciously repeated counting of the fingers in my hand. If I get really really anxious, I include my toes and then back up to the fingers of my hands.

I yell, throw pillows, flail.. have to get off the couch and pace back and forth during commercial breaks. Repetitively saying, "oh my god, oh my god"
