i think punjab dishes all the TIKKA'S............
and also is spicy and the tadka in it.....its all awesome

well I'm from south India , and prefer Dosa, Idli, Vada with Sambbhar and Chutney

i agree with u gandhi.punjabi dishes r the best ones.ever tried Amritsari kulcha, pinni,papad,vadi?these r the very famous ones. ppl from far far away carry these things alomg. once they taste it, they want more n more n die to eat these. if u have never tasted these, do try one. i am syre u all will agree to what i am saying.
