What it your favorite genre or music? Are you the Beat on the wheel country singer or do you prefer to blast your ears out with rap? In my family we enjoy most types of music, although that is mainly because of my wife. If it were just me it would be a mix of metal, old rock, country, techno, and classical.

okay, i've been wondering this for awhile, what is emo? LOL i've heard so much about emo this, and emo that, but what the heck??!! and postrock and postpunk is new for me, too. what are those styles?

I listen to almost every genre of music. I think that my favorite genre is new wave. I love new wave. You can't beat it. Trance is also good.

My wife loves just about any type of techno. Although her biggest collection is probably still Moby, even the old rare b-sides stuff. i think i might break down and buy her some turntables again. I know she misses mixing.

My favourite is rockabilly, but I also like Psychobilly,Jazz Blues,Rock & early Country. Bluegrass ^ roots music is great too, fun & lively. I don't really like modern music such as rap & hip hop, I'm just an old Rocker :)

I don't think i've ever heard of psychobilly. What is it? My step(?) father in law is that way. Loves the old rock and roll, and blue grass, but nothing modern. It's always interesting going to their house and seeing what's on the radio

I like old rock as well as modern rock. I also enjoy some pop and metal. Oh and some rap metal too.

My family listens to all types of music. I have a pre-teen who likes the top 20, metal, rock, R&B, and most recently listens to punk. My hubby likes rock, metal, metal-rock, regea, hip-hop ((old and new). I'm into the really old stuff like Ella Fitzgerald and classical. I enjoy anything/one soulful like Gospel, Blues, Jazz, Tribal and Soul... Jason Mraz, Maroon 5, Joss Stone, Macy Gray, and Nora Jones to the hip top 20's. I also enjoy a lot of country... some of my favorites include; Gretchen Wilson, Leann Rhimes, and Shania Twain~ "Still the One" was our Bride and Groom Dance song. I love "Soundscapes" for relaxation or meditation. I enjoy everything from The Doors to Metallica.... I could go on and on! I like a little bit of everything! I love music; all genres!!!

i will listen to any sort of music, i like hip hop, r n b, indie, rock, alternative. but i mostly like indie rock at the moment, some bands are really good like the fratellis and the kooks and feeder
