Isn't it unfair to the performing players.

Don't you think it is unfair for the new and well performing players in Indian team that once the prominent players are back, they are rested. Even if the established players are not performing still they are given chance per chance but no new player is given more than one or two chances. Isn't it unfair. What do you all think about it.
