I prefer to shut my mouth and cry with my pillow, how about you?

In times, where in I was little disappointed and get angry with somebody, I prefer to shut my mouth and keep quiet. Not because I am not on the right, but because I want them to realize that I am surrendering and I don't want argumentation. After I cry on my bed with my pillows, then I forget everything. We are friends again. That is the life.

Simply because, I don't want to argue especially if I know somebody is stil angry, because we cannot resolve any problem but I will only trigger them to get angry. If somebody is angry, shut up first, so that the misunderstanding won't get bigger and bigger. That is my opinion. Much better than speak and speak and nag and nag.

This is your style of handling wrong things...you will be recognised...it will take time.

I don't want to sound harsh, but basically this is how my soon to be ex wife handled things, she ran from them, which is exactly what your doing. Well I don't think that is the best way to handle things and in the long run it solves nothing. If your friend did something to upset or anger you they need to know what it is, otherwise it will continually happen. Your pillows may make excellent confidants, but they won't help strengthen your friendship, in the end you need to deal with the problems, not run from them.

after I cry, I make it a point that I don't have the anger in my heart. I make it a point that I already forgive them for me to feel comfortable. For me, friendship is important and need to forgive always. THen afterwards, I am going to tell my friend that, I was disapointed with what he/she did last time, in such a manner that we are both calm.

If the emotion will be on top, nothing will happen, it will just spark, and misunderstanding will grow. So, what I am going to do is, let my temper go down first, then I am going to tell it to someone whom I had a misunderstanding with. Atleast I release what I feel inside. Thank you sir.

Ok then, I apologize, it appeared from your post that you didn't speak to them about the incident. You way is an effective way to deal with issues as long as you are actually dealing with them. You are calming down first, which is a good thing, it means you can deal with the issue rationally and not let emotion alone guide your words.

When I am sad, I do not talk much and I prefer to be alone. I take a walk or lock myself in my room and listen to music. When I am mad at someone, I always have to let that person know that I am angry at him/her. I should get that anger out of my chest. I do not care if it would result to arguments. What is important to me is I confront that person and let him/her know that I did not like what he/she said or did.

I highly suggest, if you're mad with someone, let your temper go down first before comfronting him/her. Music is best way to release your anger and loneliness.

The best thing is to forget whatever wrong your friend did.

If someone annoys me I tend to try and talk to them about...if that does not work I take my agression out on games on my console.

I used to keep quiet but then I was holding too much pain inside, I can understand how you feel, but try to communicate more how you feel. Even use a diary or online blog, as it helps to clear your mind, I know cause it helps me and I used to always hold things in.

Thanks you for your response. I don't want to write it because it will only remind me that on my past this person makes me feel bad. That is why there are times if I really feel the pains, I go in a quiet place and see the beauty of nature, have some breath then, thats it.
