Do you have gastric pain?

Yes I have, ever since I was 12 years old, but my gastric pain turned into "Gastritis Nervousa". I have been under medication ever since and I can't stop taking it, bc I will get really sick. I am very emotional and everything gets to my stomach. It's really difficult to be tied up to a medicine for the rest of your life, but I can't complain, bc overall I'm healthy.

i am lucky that i dont have gastric pain, even though i eat at irregular times because of the nature of my job.

No but my husband gets it I think he has an ulcer he is always eating tums for it and taking some medicine. It probably from me I think I gave him a ulcer.

I suffered from gastric pain for 60 years. Then one my family doctor suggested me to eat unpolished red rice to get rid of all diseases. So I am eating unpolished red rice only since 2000.
